This necklace is handcrafted of enamel on copper with 24K gold foil, shell, mother of pearl, sterling, and shibuichi (a Japanese copper-silver alloy that creates a lovely pebbled texture when heated sufficiently). It hangs from a vermeil (gold-plated sterling) neck ring that is 5 inches in diameter.
